WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 12 years in content creation, customer relations, or a similar role.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in content creation (photo and video) for social media and marketing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries, feedback, and guest relations.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of brand storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is an advantage.
