Our client in the freight forwarding industry is urgently looking to employ a imports and exports operations coordinator at their organizationLocation: Chartwell, RandburgRequirements: Matric / National Senior Certificate Minimum 3 years freight forwarding or international moving operations experience Imports and exports experience FCL, LCL, air freight and road freight experience End-to-end shipment file ownership and direct client contact CargoWise or similar freight-management system experience Customs entry framing / SARS EDI experience International household moving experience Freight, customs or logistics qualification Afrikaans proficiency Manage import and export shipments end to end Arrange bookings, collections and final deliveries Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation Proactively manage clients, carriers, agents and shipment exceptions Manage accruals, supplier costs, invoicing, margin and file closure Desired Skills: CargoWise FCL and LCL Airfreight Roadfreight Imports and Exports Freight Forwarding
