Be a young person living in, or having strong links to, one of the 14 target counties.
Have an understanding of the local youth, creative, and community ecosystem.
Demonstrate experience or interest in filmmaking, digital content creation, social media, community mobilisation, communications, journalism, arts, storytelling, or related fields.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to mobilise and work effectively with other young people.
Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and respect for confidentiality.
Be comfortable using digital and social media platforms.
Be willing to support communitybased activities and occasional field engagements.
