Overall in charge at the polling station.
Demarcate and lay out the polling station.
Ensure safety and use of KIEMS.
Confirm KIEMS and power bank are fully charged and components available before departure.
Supervise polling activities at the polling station.
Distribute materials to clerks.
Officially declare start of polling.
Run network connectivity tool on KIEMS at 5.30am.
Open/close Polling Station Voting Period on KIEMS.
Maintain law and order at polling station.
Ensure smooth flow of voters in queue.
Ensure election results and logs are transmitted electronically to tallying centers.
Show agents tabulated results before transmission.
Supervise all election officials at polling station.
Update and communicate regularly with Constituency Returning Officer.
Post copy of election results at polling station.
Deliver results to Constituency Returning Officer.
Oversee security at polling station.
Ensure safe retrieval and return of election materials to RO.Requirements for Appointment

Kenyan citizen of high integrity and nonpartisan.
Degree/Diploma certificate from recognized institution.
Computer literate.
Effective communication skills.
Good report writing skills.
Ability to manage people, sensitive data and materials.
Skills in data computation.
Must be available for entire period of exercise.
