Job Description
Assit in troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, network equipment, and other ICT devices.
Assitin Providingtimely technical support to employees and manage service requests and incidents.
Assist in Maintaining the company’s LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, telephone, and access-control systems.
Assist in administering user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights in line with approved procedures.
Support business applications, databases, and manufacturing-related systems, coordinating with vendors and system owners as needed.
Help maintain the availability and security of systems used in production, quality control, warehousing, and regulatory documentation.
HelpPerform and monitor data backups; assist with disaster-recovery and business-continuity testing.
Apply approved software updates, antivirus protection, security patches, and other safeguards.
Maintain accurate records of ICT assets, licenses, configurations, incidents, changes, and maintenance activities.
Protect electronic records and support data-integrity practices, including appropriate access controls, audit trails, and secure retention.
Participate in internal and external audits by providing relevant ICT records and technical support.
