About the role

• To provide ICT support to users and systems, resolving incidents and supporting the reliable operation of hospital technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ICT support and resolve user incidents.
• Support hardware, software, network and device operations.
• Support hospital information systems and user access.
• Apply ICT security and data-protection practices.
• Maintain ICT asset and support records.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.
• Experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of ICT support, hardware, software and networks
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of ICT security basics
• Effective communication and user support
• Reliability and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting health/hospital information systems
• Experience with ICT support tools and ticketing systems.
