RSB International is seeking a skilled, proactive, and experienced ICT Manager to oversee the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, networks, and digital operations. The successful candidate will ensure reliable IT services, maintain data security, manage technology resources, and implement ICT solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and communication platforms.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and business applications.
Ensure network security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Develop and implement ICT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Manage IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Oversee procurement, maintenance, and inventory of ICT equipment.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, internet service providers, and technology partners.
Train and support employees on company IT systems and applications.
Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and ICT regulations in Uganda.
Prepare and manage the ICT department's budget and expenditure.
