The Insurance Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable insurance products and support clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their needs and financial goals.Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, handling policy applications, processing renewals and offering aftersales service. Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match products to client needs.
Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy and clear communication.
Ability to build and manage a client portfolio, including prospecting, networking and relationship management.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools.
Relevant professional certification (ECOP) or training in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
