Role Overview

  • We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture team, with a primary focus on supporting our Retail and Operations units.
  • This is not a traditional HR role.
  • You will operate as a true business partnerembedded within the business, working directly with leaders and teams to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate business goals into effective people and performance strategies
  • Drive performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and accountability frameworks across teams
  • Provide real-time workforce insights and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-making
  • Strengthen leadership capability by coaching managers on performance, feedback, and team management
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and business-aligned manner
  • Identify workforce inefficiencies and proactively recommend practical, data-backed improvements
  • Support execution of HR initiatives that directly improve productivity and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with strong HRBP exposure
  • Solid experience in performance management, employee relations, and workforce analytics
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
  • Experience working with HR systems and modern, agile HR practices
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational or retail-driven environments.
