Job Summary

  • As the Human Resources Assistant, you will support recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation administration, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer administration
  • Support HR operations, employee records, performance management, and day-to-day HR administration
  • Coordinate employee relations, engagement, learning, and development activities
  • Support compensation and benefits administration and maintain accurate HR documentation
  • Assist with HR compliance, policy implementation, and processes that promote a productive and compliant workplace

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills with a proactive approach
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with PR workflows is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative
