JOB PURPOSE:

  • This individual will coordinate and oversee employee-related activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and employment regulations. They will collaborate closely with the HR team to support the implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure HR compliance and effective implementation of policies and procedures, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR activity and workforce reports to support management decision-making.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CAREER EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 years' relevant HR experience, with 4 years of experience in leadership and people-management.
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification from IHRM/CIPD or equivalent; an MBA in Human Resource Management is an added advantage or acceptable alternative.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application, with experience supporting HR functions through organisational change.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, and professional integrity.

ROLE PURPOSE The Interim Human Resource Business Partner will lead a comprehensive review of the organisation's Human Resources function, evaluating existing people practices, governance structures, documentation, and employee performance frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
