Key Responsibility Areas / duties

Talent Acquisition

• Assist Talent Administrator with new employee onboarding process.
• Assist Talent Advisors to book interview venues
• Assist Talent Administrator with new starts access cards.
• Conduct employment reference checks
• Assist the Talent team with project-related activities and ad hoc tasks as needed

Human Resources

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR team.
• Assist HR Consultants with settling in interviews.
• Assist the HR team with project-related activities and ad hoc tasks as needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of recruitment administration.
• Adherence to onboarding timelines.
• Quality and accuracy of HR reports.
• Participation in HR and Talent projects.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and service delivery standards.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

• Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
• Certification in any HRIS (Advantageous)
• HR or related Degree/Diploma (Essential)
• Recent Graduate
• Basic level competency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written English communication
