RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboarding, confirmation, probation reviews and exit administration
• Leave administration and absence records
• Support the OKR cycle: reminders, collation and reporting
• Maintain personnel records, contracts and the competence matrix
• Employee relations casework support to the Head of People & Administration
• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist at interview and offer stage
• Experience required
• Three to six years in an HR generalist or HR operations role
• Nigerian employment administration and records discipline
