Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervsor to oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our operations. The successful candidate will provide HSE leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, manage workplace risks, and promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and HSE audits.
• Monitor compliance with applicable HSE regulations and standards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
• Coordinate HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Monitor contractor and site HSE performance.
• Develop and maintain emergency response procedures.
• Prepare HSE reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous HSE improvement.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant HSE experience, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
