Job Objective

  • To provide effective HR support across key HR functions including recruitment, employee administration, performance management, policy implementation and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate performance management activities (appraisals, reviews and development plans).
  • Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g„ pension, NHF, ITE HMO).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 4 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Good knowledge Of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
