Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Agbara, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Drive day-to-day HR functions at the manufacturing or plant site, ensuring workforce stability, regulatory compliance, safe labor practices, and smooth communication between the plant floor and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end hiring for shop-floor, contract, and staff positions, including job postings, interviews, medical checks, and induction
  • Time, Attendance & Payroll Inputs: Track daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime records, and leave management, passing verified data to payroll
  • Employee & Industrial Relations: Address worker grievances, resolve daily conflicts, manage disciplinary cases, and support union or worker-representative relations
  • Statutory & Labor Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, factory acts, pension and tax obligations (such as Nigerian labor and pension guidelines), and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in any relevant course
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Professional certification is an additional advantage.

Salary

N120,000 monthly.
