Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee records.
  • Support HR administrative activities and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.
  • Previous internship or NYSC experience in HR is an added advantage.
