Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute to the office daily.
