Work Days: Monday - Thursday

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR & Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the company\'s human resources and administrative functions while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee relations and address staff concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist with performance management, staff appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide relevant updates to management.
  • Handle general office administration and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, correspondence, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate meetings, staff activities, and other administrative arrangements.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts when required.
  • Support management with various HR and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates must reside around Yaba or within a reasonable distance from the Yaba axis.
