Requirements

• Education: HND/BSc in Accounting, Hospitality, Business Admin or related field
• Experience: 2+ years in hotel operations or accounting role
• Skills: Cash reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, PMS/Opera, staff supervision
• Traits: Strong leadership, analytical, organized & customer-focused

Key Duties

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping & service staff, handle guest complaints, manage daily sales & expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
