Qualifications & Requirements Education Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Finance advantageous. Experience 2-4 years' experience in: Front Office / Reception Night Audit in a hotel or lodge environment Experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel highly preferred. Knowledge of safari lodge operations is advantageous. Technical Skills Minimum 2 years experience in Opera Strong numerical and reconciliation skills. Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
