Home Appliance Installation Technician At Hi Home

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Installation Technician to join our team in the home appliance retail industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customers homes and carrying out safe, professional and quality installations of home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up home appliances at customers premises.
• Carry out appliance testing and basic troubleshooting after installation.
• Ensure installations are done safely and according to manufacturer requirements.
• Explain basic appliance operation and care to customers.
• Identify and report installation issues or technical faults.
• Maintain proper records of completed installations.
• Handle company tools and equipment responsibly.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in appliance installation, electrical work or a similar technical role.
• Practical knowledge of electrical connections and basic troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customers homes within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
