Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and secure code for backend components and integrations.
Lead evolution of service applications and ensure seamless partner integrations.
Support frontend feature integration and endtoend prototyping when needed.
Architect and manage messaging/streaming systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ.DevSecOps & Engineering Excellence

Champion DevSecOps and CI/CD best practices for secure, frequent delivery.
Collaborate with DevOps to automate pipelines and enhance infrastructureascode.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional training or certification in Agile, Product Development, or backend technologies is an advantage.
10+ years’ experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial services.Competencies

Backend Mastery: Expertise in scalable, resilient backend services and integrations.
Full Stack Awareness: Ability to work across frontend and API integration.
Systems & Architecture: Experience with microservices, orchestration, and eventdriven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Engineering Tools: Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure); .Net Core is a plus.
Version Control: Strong Git proficiency.
DevOps & Quality: Handson CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing (Jenkins, SonarQube).
