Lead delivery of the HelpAge network strategy.
Manage the Thriving Network Impact Vehicle and results framework.
Prepare Governance Committee submissions and Board papers.Regional Leadership

Line manage Regional Advisers, set annual priorities, and hold accountable.
Direct responsibility for Europebased members and donor advocacy niche.
Chair INDABA consultative forum with network members.Membership and Capacity Sharing
Membership and Capacity Sharing
Oversee membership lifecycle: recruitment, accreditation, due diligence, segmentation, exit.
Lead delivery of Network Capacity Sharing Strategy.
Ensure collaboration platforms support onboarding and capacity sharing.Localisation and Country Transitions

Line manage Network Support Lead.
Set framework for localisation and country transition support.
Ensure commitments reflected in country strategies and programme design.Resources, Risk Management and Representation

Skills and Experience Required
Proven strategic leadership of membership networks in development or humanitarian sectors.
Ability to lead through senior managers and manage diverse, dispersed teams.
Extensive experience supporting civil society networks and grassroots organisations.
Strong knowledge of PartnerLed Programming and localisation.
Experience with membership lifecycle and segmentation.
Track record of income generation and donor management.
Budgetholding experience at portfolio level.
Experience implementing results frameworks and reporting to executive/board audiences.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, equity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Lived experience or significant professional experience in Global South contexts.Desirable

Experience designing differentiated capacity sharing offers.
Experience with governance processes in membership bodies.
Experience convening members at regional/global level.

Degree in international development, public policy, human rights, social sciences, or related field.
