We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Heavy Duty Operators Trainer
Job Location: Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA - Nasarawa
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating and training heavy-duty equipment.
- Proven experience training operators on excavators, loaders, graders, dump trucks, and other mining equipment.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to conduct practical and theoretical operator training.
- Experience in mining, quarry, or construction environments is preferred.
- Ability to assess operators’ skills, performance, and competency.
- Good knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to identify unsafe practices and provide corrective training.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in a mining environment.
- Relevant operator/trainer certification or technical qualification is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to work under demanding site conditions.
