Health Safety & Environment Advisor

Role Purpose 

• Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and promote a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for staff.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, ISPON, or equivalent).
• 2–5 years’ professional HSE experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Resilient and able to work in challenging environments.
