Missions:
Implement and oversee the company’s occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of workplaces to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and practices, and develop corrective actions.
Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures based on the hierarchy of controls.
Lead investigations into workplace incidents, identify root causes, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Coordinate safety training sessions, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness drills to promote safety consciousness among employees.
Support the development, testing, and implementation of emergency response plans, ensuring readiness for various scenarios.
Monitor compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and organizational policies through audits and inspections.
Promote occupational health initiatives, monitor workplace conditions, and address health concerns proactively.
Support operational safety across transport, logistics, warehousing, and field operations, including vehicle safety and material handling.
Prepare safety reports, track key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement of the safety management system.
