Role Summary
The Head Unit Business Development is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships to drive asset growth and expanding the firm’s Fund Under Management (FUM).
The role requires strategic prospecting, strong relationship management and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of wealth management and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals and institutional prospects.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Fund Under Management (FUM).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized financial solutions.
Fund mobilization
Present investment opportunities, portfolio strategies, and market insights to prospective clients.
Collaborate with investment and product teams to tailor offerings to clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM tools.
Organize client engagement events, investment forums, and networking sessions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in client acquisition.
Prepare periodic business development reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years experience.
