Weaver Fintech is looking for a Head of Technology Operations to own and evolve the infrastructure, security, and operational backbone of a fast-growing fintech, and to bring an AI-forward, boundary-pushing mindset to everything you build.
What you'll own
The stability and resilience of our on-premises server and network infrastructure
Security operations access management, endpoint security, threat response, and compliance
The IT Service Desk and End User Computing function including SLAs, standards, and team performance
IT governance, vendor management, and audit relationships
Disaster recovery capability and infrastructure incident management
A growing TechOps team (SecOps Manager, Network/Server engineer, EUC technicians)
The AI and automation agenda within TechOps identifying and implementing smarter ways to operate
What we're looking for
8 - 12 years in technology operations or IT infrastructure, with 3 - 5 years leading teams
