The successful candidate will drive sales strategies, manage teams, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals
Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor market trends to adjust strategies as needed
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
BSc/HND in a relevant field
3-4 years of experience as a Business Developer in a recognized institution
Proven experience in managing teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Salary N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
