Procedures Manual Facilitating updates to the Procedures Manual and related company documents (e.g. Xplan documents and notes) where necessary. Circulating updated information to staff. Templates / Technical Information Update of template documents / wording. Technical queries from Paraplanners. Xplan complex calculations. Staff training / knowledge transfer (e.g. Xplan training). Facilitating the update of documented processes. Enhancement of processes. Xplan and related advice systems Identifying and implementing projects to enhance automation. Liaison with various parties at Xplan regarding projects. Staff training Bi-monthly paraplanning training on Xplan and related advice systems, processes, financial advice related topics. Client related matters Wealth Management Plans. File preparation for meetings. Records of Advice. Ad hoc emails / investigations. Tax calculations when required. Risk Assessments and Quotes Personal and business assurance. Drafting of Proposals. Reconciliations. Implementation Updates. Plan of actions. Performance comparisons / calculations. Estate Planning Calculations. Specimen agreements Wills. Living Wills. Power of Attorney. Loan Agreements. Living Annuity revisions - liaising with implementation. prior to anniversary date.
