Oversee daily operations of the medical laboratory
Perform and supervise routine and specialized laboratory tests

Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory staff
Manage laboratory inventory and budgets
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Liaise with clinicians and hospital management
Qualifications & Skills
BMLS degree from a recognized institution
Current MLSCN license (Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria)
NYSC completed
Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, including bench work and supervisory/administrative roles
EMR proficiency.
Strong analytical, technical, leadership, and communication skills.
