Head Of Information Technology & Digital Banking

Job Summary:

• Rima Microfinance Bank is seeking a hands-on Head of IT & Digital Banking to take full technical ownership of its mobile banking app, middleware, cloud servers, source-code repositories, APIs and digital-banking integrations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong backend/software engineering experience
• API integration and troubleshooting
• Git/GitHub and source-code management
• Linux and Windows server administration
• Cloud infrastructure, databases, DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with fintech, banking or payment systems
• Ability to manage integrations with core banking systems, NIBSS, Interswitch, and other payment providers
• Ability to independently diagnose transaction failures across app, middleware, core banking and payment rails
• Flutter/mobile-app knowledge is an advantage
• Please note: This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a general IT-support position.
