About the Role

  • They are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function, champion organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure effective people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads.
  • Oversee HR operations across all 5 locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level management experience.
  • CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to champion organizational culture and manage multiple priorities.
  • Multi-location HR management experience is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturdays & Public Holidays: 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays may be possible after 3 months.
