Qualifications and Requirements Education Bachelor\'s Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. They manage and coordinate the country’s accounting and financial services. They are the technical point of contact within the country office and the liaison with headquarters for all matters relating to accounting and financial management.
