Head Of Engineering Sales (building Services)

Responsibilities

Key Result Area 1: Financial Management:

• Deliver YOY financial goals for the Division including topline, bottom line, etc.
• Embed PPC portfolio of offerings in the market by driving sales and marketing initiatives
• Expand customer base and market share of offerings
• Own the budgeting process for the vertical

Key Result Area 2: Team Management:

• Identify talent gaps and fill them.
• Allocate trainings to staff and ensure completion.
• Conduct regular field coaching for sales, technical teams and re-sellers or agents
• Provide direction and motivation for the team.
• Drive efficiency by developing and implementing a PPC way of working for the BSE team with verifiable outcomes.

Key Result Area 3: Customer Management:

• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through delivery of innovative solutions and prompt service
• Build service and Project management capabilities across the various solutions.
• Ensure effective delivery of all Projects and order fulfilment activities
• Commission regular survey on customer satisfaction.

Key Result Area 4: Business Development:

• Development and implementation of mid to long term strategic plan for the business.
• Developing proprietary integrated solutions to be deployed into the market.
• Drive engagement activities in the assigned territories.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree in Engineering
• Professional Qualification: Engineering/Project Management qualification, MBA an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Business Development & Technical roles
• Knowledge of B2B markets
• Experience in leading and motivating sales team
