We are looking for a Head of E-Commerce and Growth Marketing to build, manage, and scale NACK's digital commercial engine.

Responsibilities
Should you take this on, here is what you'll do:
E-Commerce & Revenue Ownership: Own the commercial performance, merchandising, and overall growth of NACK's Shopify platform.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retargeting channels to optimize CAC and ROAS.
AI & Automation Systems: Deploy practical AI tools, automations, and digital workflows to streamline conversion, customer journeys, abandoned cart recovery, and operational efficiency.
Retention & Lifecycle: Build high-converting email, remarketing, and retention flows to boost repeat purchases and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, creative, content, and product teams on campaign planning, photoshoots, events, and brand activations.
Global Scaling: Build a robust, scalable digital system capable of taking NACK's local presence to a global customer base.
Wh We Are Looking For
Proven experience driving revenue growth in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital growth roles (fashion, retail, or consumer brand experience is a major plus).
Expert-level hands-on proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
Deep understanding of paid media management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
Forward-thinking mindset with practical knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and e-commerce automations.
Strongly commercial, data-driven, and focused on measurable ROI and business impact.
Keyy Metrics will own:
Online Revenue, Conversion Rate (CR), and Average Order Value (AOV)
CAC, ROAS, and Paid Channel Contribution
Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, and Cart Recovery Performance
Successful deployment of AI-enabled growth and automation workflows
