Job Summary
As the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications, you will lead the organisation’s marketing, branding, and communications strategy to strengthen brand visibility, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, and corporate communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, public relations, media engagement, and corporate communications across all platforms.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, thought leadership content, and other initiatives to improve brand awareness and market visibility.
Collaborate with senior management and business teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and manage external agencies and vendors.
Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities, and marketing KPIs while leading and developing the marketing and communications team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications, including leadership experience.
Experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, or fintech is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, content development, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills, with strong commercial awareness.
