Job Summary

  • To provide strategic legal guidance to the organization, ensure regulatory compliance, manage litigation, mitigate legal risks, and protect the company's interests in all business transactions and activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B).

  • Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years post-call experience. with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in financial services, banking or microfinance industry is an advantage.
