Provide technical leadership for the Company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, resilience, security and scalability of systems supporting business operations.

Key Requirements:

8 - 10 years' experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure
Strong expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server and Linux Server Administration
Experience with virtualization, enterprise storage, backup and recovery solutions, including Veeam or equivalent
Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure security and server hardening
Experience with Disaster Recovery, capacity management and infrastructure monitoring
Proven technical leadership and vendor management experience
