Accurately receive, inspect, and audit all incoming IT stock.
Store, pack, and dispatch technical equipment quickly and safely.
Test IT assets to ensure they are fully functional.
Perform basic hardware maintenance and replace faulty components.
Repair damaged equipment to minimize downtime for clients.
Work closely with other warehouse and technical team members.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and highly organized.
A+ and N+ certifications or an equivalent qualification.
At least three years of experience with technical hardware.
Good knowledge of Microsoft software and basic operational systems.
Experience in a warehouse, stock control, or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
A good positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must be a dedicated team player ready to start immediately.
