Hardware Technician

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hardware Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware and related IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware components and peripherals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system checks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues and provide timely technical support.
• Replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and motherboards.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and user installations.
• Ensure IT equipment is properly secured, functional, and maintained.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues
