Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Education or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g. PGDE, B.Ed. or equivalent).
Experience in school counseling.
Student support and career guidance is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, confidentiality and a genuine interest in student well-being and development.
