Design, refine, and document Innovation Caf and incubator curricula, facilitation guides, tools, and templates.
Ensure consistent, highquality delivery across all cycles and cohorts by setting standards, conducting quality assurance reviews, and providing realtime coaching.
Lead facilitation of selected cohorts to model bestpractice delivery and generate learning for iteration.
Manage recruitment and briefing of local cofacilitators and technical experts for workshops.
Work closely with the M&E Coordinator to define participant progress metrics, track prototype and MVP output quality, and capture learning.
Coordinate with the Grant Coordinator on innovation grant applications and milestonebased disbursement processes.
Contribute to funder reports and learning documentation related to innovation components.
Support the Head of Programme across other programme activities as needed.
Ensure smooth transition of responsibilities at contract end through full knowledge transfer to country teams.Qualifications and Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Design, Engineering, Development Studies, or related discipline.
Master’s degree or professional certification in (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});innovation, design thinking, or entrepreneurship (advantageous).
6–9 years’ experience designing and delivering innovation, incubation, or entrepreneurship support programmes.
Expertise in humancentred design, lean startup, and innovation methodologies.
Experience with digital entrepreneurship, transformation, and technology startups (advantageous).
Proven ability to design curricula, facilitation methodologies, tools, and participant resources for diverse adult learning environments.
Strong track record facilitating innovation workshops, incubators, or experiential learning programmes.
Experience working across multiple countries in subSaharan Africa.
Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and learning approaches for innovation programmes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an added advantage.
Commitment to inclusive innovation, with experience engaging women, youth, and underserved entrepreneur groups.
Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
