Job Summary

  • The Growth Associate will drive the acquisition and retention of recycling partners within an assigned territory. The role involves sourcing, onboarding, supporting, and managing field partners.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics Partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and onboarding.
  • Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.
  • Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset delivery/recovery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate.
  • Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
