Proven direct sourcing from China, including supplier identification, audit, qualification and negotiation without an agent or trading intermediary. Demonstrated ownership of a sales and operations planning or demand and supply reconciliation cycle, including holding the plan against a commercial function. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SYSPRO preferred, covering item master governance, material requirements planning, minimum order quantities, lead time maintenance and purchase pricing.
