Core Criteria: Previous relevant experience in liquor retail (SAB experience advantageous) Valid driver's licence and clean criminal record Sound understanding of retail liquor legislation Matric with a minimum 50% pass in Mathematics (SG) Proven ability to manage staff and multiple outlets independently Core Responsibilities: Oversee the operational running of six liquor outlets Manage bulk buying, GP, and range management Compile documentation required for liquor licensing Arrange wedding and bulk order quotes Conduct stocktaking across outlets Manage and support staff, stepping in as required Resolve operational and customer problem areas Ensure compliance with shift and public holiday scheduling On Offer: Market-related salary, based on experience Live-out position
