About the Role This is a newly created role within a rapidly growing organisation for a hands-on financial professional. The successful candidate will oversee the entire financial function, ensuring robust financial controls and providing management with meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversight and management of the organisation's financial function and administrative tasks. Ensure accurate financial reporting and sound financial management. Implement and maintain appropriate financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, cash-flow, and tax matters. Lead the audit process and ensure all reporting deadlines are met. Provide oversight of risk management and compliance, including industry-specific regulatory requirements. Deliver meaningful financial information and advice to management to support sound business decisions. Provide basic HR and payroll administration support, coordinating with external service providers where necessary. Requirements Proven experience in a financial management or controllership role. Ability to operate hands-on while maintaining a high-level management perspective. Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and statutory compliance.
