We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Griller
Locations: Anthony, Opebi and Isolo Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Prepare and grill suya, meat, chicken, fish, and other grill items according to Bukka Hut standards.
Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grill and work areas.
Ensure proper handling and storage of meat and other ingredients.
Monitor the quality and freshness of food items before preparation.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
Report stock shortages, equipment faults, and other issues to the Grill Supervisor.
Ensure all grill equipment and work tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or relevant qualification with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in grilling, suya preparation, or restaurant operations is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work shifts and must reside in Festac or its environs.
Salary N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
