Graduate Trainee - Warehouse / Operations At Agary Pharmaceutical Limited

Are you a recent graduate looking to build practical experience in warehouse and operations management within the pharmaceutical industry?

Agary Pharmaceutical Limited is looking for a smart, organised and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to support our Warehouse and Operations team while gaining hands on experience in key areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, storage and proper arrangement of materials and products in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management, stock taking and reconciliation.
• Support the documentation and recording of stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies where necessary.
• Support the issuance and dispatch of materials and products in line with approved procedures.
• Assist with maintaining proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Support compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assist with the preparation of operational and warehouse reports.
• Work closely with relevant departments to support efficient daily operations.
• Carry out other duties and assignments as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to a fast paced work environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment will be an added advantage
